At Ice Age we have a passionate desire to produce high quality music with the best talent possible.  Our motto is:  Its over for the dinosaurs.  Simply put, that old way of doing business in the record industry is dead.  We have a fresh and diverse staff of out-of-the-box thinkers.  We strive to help artist who may have the talent but not the opportunity.  Our goal is to take an artist from the "street" and get them in position to sign a major record deal within a year.
